Over the last 5 years, ICG has developed a world class proprietary inventory management system. A key focus for any good wholesaler is retail sell through. Our "Accufill" system has been directly responsible for dramatically improving stock turns and "in stock" positions for our key retail partners. Our experienced planning team work closely with retail buyers and planners to ensure that we exceed the customers KPI's.
ICG posses all relevant software to seamlessly connect with retailers including VMI, EDI, Integrator etc. ICG is RPO capable - allowing us to manage allocations by SKU/Store
Our International design team of over 20 staff frequent travel Internationally to identify fashion trends and breakthrough product developments to ensure speed to market.
ICG operates it's own Hong Kong office and ISO 9000 Certified Manufacturing Facility on mainland China covering 1400 square meters. Having achieved ISO accreditation, the Plant is now working to the SA 8000 standards. This allows for rapid response times and total Quality Control from development to delivery.
ICG's Australian distribution facility was purpose built to accommodate our continued growth. ICG Head office facility is designed to meet the specific needs of our team and our clients’ requirements including 5,000 Square feet of offices, 20,000 Square Feet of Warehouse and a dedicated sample room for style selection from over 15,000 time pieces.
This facility has doubled the area of the previous operation and will allow ICG to continue on its growth plan into new product categories for the next 10 years.
All warranty and repair work is completed on site by qualified watchmakers. Operating our own service centre ensures all work is carried out to the highest standards.
ICG's headquarters are conveniently located in Australia's fastest growing region. The corridor between Brisbane and the Gold Coast is logistically perfect for servicing the major Australian retailers, but allows a much lower overhead structure than Melbourne or Sydney.
